Application of yeast culture in the production of lactating cattle
摘要
Abstract
Yeast culture is a multifunctional microbial metabolite preparation prepared by multi-strain collaborative fermentation technology.Its core components include functional amino acids,polysaccharides such as β-glucan,small bioactive peptides,enzyme protein complex and complex trace elements such as zinc and selenium,while integrating metabolic regulatory factors such as B vitamins.By regulating rumen microflora balance,enhancing intestinal barrier function and activating antioxidant defense system,this preparation can improve ruminant production performance and simultaneously improve host immune homeostasis and metabolic health,bringing significant economic benefits to the breeding industry.As a safe,effective and environmentally friendly feed additive,yeast culture has the potential to replace antibiotics,and has shown broad application prospects in ruminant production.This paper reviewed the biological function of yeast culture and its effect on the performance of lactating dairy cows,in order to provide theoretical basis for the innovative application of yeast culture in precision nutrition of ruminants.关键词
