摘要

Abstract

To improve the total iridoids of Morinda officinalis from Shaoguan Wengyuan,the single test and Box-Behnken response surface method were designed by cellulase-assisted ultrasonic extraction,and the antioxidant activity in vitro was investigated.The results showed that the optimal extraction process conditions of total iridoids from Morinda officinalis with enzyme-assisted ultrasonic were:enzyme amount of 2%,enzyme digestion time of 2 h,liquid-to-feed ratio of 33∶1(mL/g),ultrasonic time of 46 min,and ethanol concentration of 39%.Under the condition,the yield of total iridoids was 30.86%,and the relative error to the predicted value was 0.16%.In addition,the total iridoids of Morinda officinalis showed certain antioxidant activity,with an IC50 of 5.582 mg/mL for scavenging superoxide anion radicals and a good reducing ability for ammonium molybdate.
