Research progress on dispersion-strengthened molybdenum alloys and the second-phase control
摘要
Abstract
Second-phase strengthened molybdenum alloys(ODS,CDS,and composite-strengthened types)are promising new high-performance heat-resistant materials due to their high strength,toughness,heat resistance,and high recrystallization temperature.They have broad application prospects in high-temperature applications,such as high-power space reactor cladding and core structural mate-rials.It focuses on discussing the impacts of single or composite doping methods involving rare earth oxides(La2O3 and Y2O3),ceramic oxides(Al2O3 and ZrO2),and refractory carbides(TiC and ZrC)on the performance of Mo alloys.The influence of the type,size,intragranular/intergranular distribution,and interfacial relationship with the matrix phase of the second-phase strengthening parti-cles on the properties of dispersion-strengthened molybdenum alloys is analyzed,and the characteristics of different doping techniques for achieving high-performance molybdenum alloys are discussed.This study aims to provide insights into the design of high-perform-ance Mo alloys by adding second-phase particles,thereby expanding the application range of Mo alloys.关键词
