210例犬髌骨内侧脱位手术治疗效果的回顾性研究

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the surgical outcomes,postoperative complications,and influencing factors of medial patellar luxation(MPL)in dogs.A retrospective analysis was conducted on 167 dogs(210 limbs)that underwent corrective surgery for MPL at the China Agricultural University Veterinary Teaching Hospital and New Ruipeng Heng'ai Veterinary Hospital between March 2007 and June 2022.Telephone follow-ups were performed to assess postoperative lameness.Among the 167 dogs,75 were female(44.91%)and 92 were male(55.09%).The median age at surgery was 2 years(ranging from 4 months to 11 years).A total of 157 dogs(94.01%)weighed less than 15 kg,while 10 dogs(5.99%)weighed more than 15 kg.Surgical procedures included lateral ligament reinforcement in 40 limbs(19.05%),trochleoplasty in 98 limbs(46.67%),trochleoplasty combined with tibial tuberosity transposition(TTT)in 70 limbs(33.33%),and TTT alone in 2 limbs(0.95%).The overall success rate of surgery was 86.83%.By MPL grade,success rates were 100%for grade I,90.10%for grade II,91.89%for grade III,and 54.17%for grade IV.Severe postoperative complications occurred in 19 cases(11.45%),including MPL recurrence in 16 cases(9.64%).Statistical analysis indicated that MPL grade significantly influenced surgical outcomes(OR=2.122,95%CI=1.142-3.942,P<0.05).These results suggest that surgical treatment is generally effective for MPL in dogs,with better outcomes for grade I–III MPL compared to grade IV.This study provides useful reference data for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of MPL.关键词
