家庭药师参与的咳喘药学监护应用效果评价
Evaluation of Application Effect of Pharmaceutical Care for Cough and Asthma Participated by Family Pharmacists

Abstract
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of pharmaceutical care for cough and asthma participated by family pharmacists on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 100 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from January to October in 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in both groups received conventional diagnostic and treatment interventions,and patients in the observation group additionally received pharmaceutical care services for cough and asthma participated by family pharmacists on this basis,a total intervention period of both groups were six months.Then,the pulmanary function,disease control,degree of dyspnea,satisfaction,incidence of adverse drug reaction(ADR),and medication compliance between the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the percentage of forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)to predicted value(FEV1%),and the ratio of FEV1 to forced vital capacity(FVC)in both groups were significantly increased,the scores of disease control and degree of dyspnea in both groups were significantly decreased,and the scores of patients' satisfaction and medication compliance were significantly increased(P<0.05).Moreover,the above indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of ADR in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(6.00%vs.20.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Pharmaceutical care for cough and asthma participated by family pharmacists can improve the pulmonary function of COPD patients,help to control symptoms,reduce the degree of dyspnea,promote patients' satisfaction and medication compliance,and it has a certain preventive effect on ADRs.关键词
