80例胆囊黏液囊肿患犬胆囊切除术的手术效果分析

Abstract
To evaluate the efficacy of cholecystectomy in the treatment of canine gallbladder mucocele(GBM)and to investigate risk factors associated with postoperative mortality,this study retrospectively analyzed 80 canine cases of GBM treated with cholecystectomy at the China Agricultural University Veterinary Teaching Hospital between January 2018 and June 2024.Preoperative,intraoperative,and postoperative data were collected,and follow-up information was obtained by telephone interviews.The results showed that the mean age of the affected dogs was 10.5 years,with Poodles(57.5%,46/80)and Bichon Frises(15.0%,12/80)being the most commonly represented breeds.Preoperative clinical signs were present in 80.0%(64/80)of the dogs.The perioperative mortality rate was 16.3%(13/80).Among the 46 dogs with follow-up data,31(67.4%)showed good postoperative recovery.Compared with the Surviving group,dogs in Mortality group had significantly higher age,body weight,preoperative alkaline phosphatase activity,and white blood cell counts(P<0.05),and significantly lower preoperative albumin concentrations(P<0.05).No significant differences in postoperative mortality were observed with respect to the presence of preoperative clinical signs,gallbladder integrity during surgery,or performance of common bile duct flushing(P>0.05).These results indicate that cholecystectomy is an effective treatment for GBM in dogs.Although the perioperative mortality rate is relatively high,the long-term follow-up outcomes are favorable.Several prognostic factors associated with cholecystectomy-treated GBM were identified,including age,body weight,alkaline phosphatase activity,white blood cell count,and albumin concentration.关键词
