摘要
Abstract
This article mainly explored the application of the"two wings flying together"model of Li Xinyu's surgical team in searching for avascular gaps in colon cancer surgery.The"two wings fly together"mode exerts symmetrical tension on organs and mesentery,forming an antagonistic tension with the main surgeon,thereby assisting the main surgeon in quickly identifying the target organ and its mesentery bed,mesentery fusion boundary,and entering the"Holy plane"without blood loss to complete the surgery under bloodless conditions.This model not only reduces tissue damage and postoperative complications,but also ensures tumor control effect and long-term treatment effectiveness.关键词
