摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of combining prospective nursing care with mindfulness stress reduction intervention for patients with Salmonella infection-induced diarrhea(ID).Method:A total of 90 patients with Salmonella infection-induced diarrhea(ID)admitted to the Guizhou Aerospace Hospital from February 2022 to June 2024 were selected. They were divided into the control group(n=45,receiving routine care)and the observation group(n=45,receiving prospective care combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction intervention)according to the random number table method. Both groups received continuous nursing care for one week. The negative emotions, recovery progress, incidence of water-electrolyte imbalances, and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:The post-nursing anxiety Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and depression Self-Rating Scale(SDS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The time for abdominal pain relief, the time for nausea and vomiting to subside, the time for diarrhea to stop, and the hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of fluid and electrolyte disturbances in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Comprehensive Quality of Life Assessment Questionnaire(GQOLI-74)scores for the observation group showed higher physical function, social functioning, psychological well-being,and material living standards dimensions compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prospective nursing combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction intervention can improve negative emotions in patients with Salmonella ID,reduce the incidence of water-electrolyte disturbances, accelerate the recovery process, and enhance quality of life.关键词
