基于真实病例的口述实录在线培训对护士叙事护理能力提升的效果
Effect of online training based on case-derived oral narratives on improving nurses' narrative nursing competence

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of online training based on case-derived oral narratives in improving nurses'narrative nursing competence.Methods:A total of 140 ward nurses from a hospital were random-ly assigned to either a conventional training group or a narrative training group.The conventional training group re-ceived tailored hierarchical training.The narrative training group received the same training plus 36-hour online pro-gram incorporating oral narrative recordings based on real patient cases(1-2 times per week,30-60 minutes each time).The Nursing Competence Scale(NCS),Jefferson Scale of Empathy(JSE-HP),and Nurse-Patient Communi-cation Scale(NPCS)were used for pre-and post-training assessment.Results:After training,the narrative group demonstrated significantly higher scores in the NCS total and the reflection and reproduction dimension,the JSE-HP total and the its perspective-taking and emotional care dimensions,and the NPCS total and the all dimensions,com-pared to the conventional group(Ps＜0.05).The score differences of NCS,JSE-HP,and NPCS before and after training in the narrative group were higher than those in the conventional group(Ps＜0.05).Conclusion:The on-line training incorporating oral narratives based on real clinical cases improves nurses'narrative nursing compe-tence,empathy,and communication skills.关键词
