椎间盘源性腰痛的中西医治疗研究进展
Research Progress on Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Discogenic Low Back Pain
摘要
Abstract
Discogenic Low Back Pain(DLBP)is a common degenerative disease of the lumbar disc in clinical practice,accounting for approximately 39%of all chronic back pain cases.Currently,DLBP has become one of the major public health issues worldwide.DLBP not only affects people's mental health,but also seriously impacts their lives and work,leading to a significant decline in their quality of life.At present,there are still many controversial points in the diagnosis and treatment of DLBP in clinical practice,and the related pathogenesis is still fully understood.In recent years,with the continuous deepening of related research,there have been various treatment methods for DLBP in clinical practice,all of which have achieved certain therapeutic effects.However,the treatment methods lack unified and standardized guidance,and the efficacy varies.Therefore,this article reviews the traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment methods for DLBP reported in recent literature at home and abroad,in order to provide some help for the selection of treatment methods in clinical practice.关键词
