摘要
Abstract
Diabetic Kidney Disease(DKD),as one of the complications of diabetes,poses a serious threat to human health.Proteinuria,recognized as an independent risk factor for disease progression in DKD,has garnered increasing attention.Numerous studies by medical experts have demonstrated that blood-activating and stasis-resolving therapy can reduce early-stage proteinuria,delay renal injury,and improve clinical symptoms in patients,underscoring its significance in DKD treatment.This article systematically reviews recent research advances in the application of this therapeutic approach for DKD-related proteinuria,focusing on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)perspectives on DKD proteinuria,clinical studies,basic research in animal models,and pharmacological mechanisms.The aim is to provide novel insights and strategies for the clinical management of DKD.关键词
