建设世界重要教育中心背景下中国参与全球职业教育治理的进路
Approaches of China Participating in Global Vocational Education Governance under the Background of Building an Important World-class Education Hub

Abstract
Building an important world-class education hub has provided China with a precise positioning in participating in global vocational education governance."Chinese Language+TVET"as an important approach to"Internationlized of China's TVET"serves as a key pathway for China to engage in global vocational education governance in the new era.It is also a crucial component in driving the construction of China's international discourse system in vocational education.A thorough review of its development process can provide valuable references for China's participation in global vocational education governance.Drawing on the updated world education concepts advocated by UNESCO and others,China participating in global vocational education governance should seek a synergy between globally accepted practices and Chinese wisdom,evolving from"learning to survive"to"social contract",from"one-way transmission"to"mutual learning and co-creation",from"passive aid-seeking"to"active cooperation",and from"narrow-mindedness"to"developmental freedom".Under these four new missions,China should reshape its three-dimensional mechanism for participating in global vocational education governance through favorable external environments,collaborative platforms,and internal governance systems,so as to contribute new wisdom to global education governance.关键词
