高职院校在东盟国家境外办学的关键影响因素研究
Research on the Key Influencing Factors of Higher Vocational Colleges Running Schools Overseas in ASEAN Countries

Abstract
ASEAN countries are prior objects for the strategy of Opening to the outside world in vocational education.Exploring the key influencing factors of higher vocational colleges running schools overseas in ASEAN countries serves as a powerful measure to promote the"going global"and enhance the international influence of Chinese vocational education.The study first constructs an influencing factor system through grounded theory analysis of typical cases of higher vocational colleges running schools overseas in ASEAN countries,then employs the DEMATEL model to identify key influencing factors and uses the ISM model to explore hierarchical structures among these factors.The results show that higher vocational colleges running schools overseas in ASEAN countries are influenced by 18 factors across 4 dimensions:institution,resource,regulatory and environment.Among these,11 factors are identified as key influencing elements.Specifically,institutional demand willingness,international faculty,and school-enterprise collaboration mechanisms are surface-level factors,exerting direct influences;enterprise demand willingness,cultural affinity,and three other factors are middle-level factors,producing indirect influences;the national policy support system,stability of international relations,and economic production capacity complementarity are deep-level factors,exerting fundamental influences.Based on these findings,recommendations are proposed:driving institutional willingness through serving the technical talent needs of Chinese enterprises,strengthening resource foundations by building international faculty teams,improving institutional frameworks through comprehensive policy support systems,and optimizing ecological environments through cultural exchanges and communication.关键词
