世界重要教育中心建设背景下高职院校国际化人才培养
Cultivation of International Talents of Higher Vocational Colleges in the Context of Building an Important World-class Education Hub

Abstract
Under the construction of building an important world-class education hub,the cultivation of international talents of higher vocational colleges has emerged as a key foundation for advancing the high-level opening-up of vocational education in China.Drawing on in-depth interviews with 15 representatives from enterprises engaged in overseas operations,this study adopts grounded theory to conduct a qualitative analysis of first-hand empirical data.The findings reveal that current practices are confronted with multiple constraints,including imprecise training orientations,limited integration of governmental,industrial and enterprise resources,an insufficiently developed collaborative cultivation framework,and inadequate international competence among dual-qualified teaching staff.In response,this study proposes a set of targeted strategies,including clarifying country-specific orientations in international talent cultivation,optimizing an industry-oriented"research-education-training-contest"collaborative mechanism,innovating cross-integrated cultivation pathways through diversified platforms,and strengthening the development of internationally competent"dual-qualified"teaching staff,so as to provide theoretical insights and practical references for improving the quality of international talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges,support enterprises in high-quality overseas expansion,and contribute to the building of the world's important vocational education center.关键词
