A Comparative Study of Green Skills Policy in Vocational Education in the World

Abstract
In the context of global efforts to promote sustainable development,the green economy is booming,and vocational education plays a key role in the cultivation of green skills.In this study,the green skills policies of vocational education in China,Germany and Australia are taken as the object of research,and 10 policy texts are analyzed by three-level coding using NVivo software to compare the green skills cultivation models of vocational education in the three countries.The study found that China focuses on cultivating green technology innovators,Germany focuses on integrating sustainable development literacy into vocational education,and Australia emphasizes learners'practical skills.Based on this,China can learn from the experiences of Germany and Australia to build a green skills system,enhance green skills competence,and establish a perfect industry-teaching integration mechanism,with a view to cultivating more innovative talents to meet the needs of the development of green economy in China.关键词
