职业教育现场工程师系统化培养:学理基础与实现路径
Systematic Training of On-site Engineers in Vocational Education:Theoretical Basis and Implementation Paths

Abstract
The accelerated transformation towards high-end,intelligent and green manufacturing has significantly increased the demand for on-site engineers who support process optimization,technical diagnosis and organizational collaboration.However,the cultivation of on-site engineers in vocational education is still in the exploratory stage,highlighting issues such as fluctuating identity positioning,superficial school-enterprise cooperation,a resurgence of subject-oriented curriculum teaching,structural mismatch in the"double-qualified teacher"team,decoupling of evaluation systems from comprehensive vocational competency goals,and insufficient collaborative governance and long-term support.The underlying reason lies in the lack of a systematic theoretical framework that can simultaneously answer questions such as"who should be trained,what knowledge should be based on,what learning mechanism should be adopted,and who should jointly ensure it".Based on existing research,this paper constructs a five-dimensional theoretical system encompassing type-based educational philosophy,work-education paradigm,vocational technical epistemology,work-based learning methodology and vocational socialization theory.According to this,the theoretical core is operationalized into six implementation paths:curriculum system reconstruction,teaching mode innovation,faculty development,evaluation system reform,school-enterprise collaborative governance and a closed-loop quality assurance,which aims to promote the systematic and high-quality training of on-site engineers in vocational education.关键词
