多校区办学背景下高职院校文化育人的现实困境与突破路径
Practical Dilemmas and Breakthrough Paths of Cultural Education in Higher Vocational Colleges under Multi-campus Operation

Abstract
Multi-campus operation has become an important pathway for higher vocational colleges to overcome resources bottlenecks and achieve scale expansion.However,under the circumstances of dispersed physical spaces and complex management,cultural education faces systematic challenges.Based on the practical context of multi-campus operation in higher vocational colleges,this study systematically elucidates the value of strengthening cultural education in the new era,emphasizing that cultural education serves as a key support for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,highlighting the distinctive characteristics of vocational education,promoting the connotative development of institutions,facilitating the comprehensive growth of students,and fulfilling the cultural mission of universities.Addressing the main challenges faced by cultural education in multi-campus operation,such as the"fragmentation"in cultural inheritance,the"disconnection"in cultural construction,the"inadequacy"in cultural resources integration,the"obstruction"in the coordination of educational subjects,and the"fragmentation"in the educational experience.The cultural education in higher vocational colleges should strengthen strategic guidance and construct an integrated top-level design for cultural education;innovate inheritance mechanisms to promote the integration and symbiosis of campus-based and regional cultures;expand resource networks to establish a collaborative framework involving multiple stakeholders;optimize educational processes to build a cross-campus multidimensional interactive platform;and improve evaluation and feedback mechanisms to enhance the quality of cultural education through continuous improvement.关键词
