Abstract
Advancing the integration of"post-course-competition-certificate integration"with curriculum ideology and politics represents a pivotal pathway for nursing education in higher vocational colleges to implement the mission of fostering students with both moral integrity and professional skills,thereby serving the strategic goal of promoting a healthy China.This approach holds significant importance in achieving the educational objective of"cultivating both moral character and technical expertise"and enhancing students'comprehensive professional competitiveness.Currently,several practical challenges persist in implementation,including fragmented conceptual understanding,inadequate supply of teaching resources,imbalanced faculty capability structures,and weak coordination in institutional support mechanisms.To address these issues,it is essential to adhere to the fundamental principles of emphasizing both moral and technical education,promoting integrated collaboration,aligning with demands,and fostering diverse interactions.A collaborative educational system should be constructed with the logical framework of"value guidance-content reconstruction-teaching implementation-effectiveness evaluation",encompassing four core modules:educational objectives,content resources,teaching implementation and evaluation feedback.Furthermore,systematic practical pathways should be proposed through deepening school-enterprise collaboration(integrating value elements,jointly constructing teaching systems,and co-cultivating dual-qualified faculty)and promoting resource integration(sharing practical training resources,talent resources,and innovative achievements),thereby comprehensively enhancing the quality of talent cultivation in vocational nursing programs.关键词
