Abstract
"Structuralization"serves as a core element for achieving high-level and innovative development in teaching teams,encompassing three dimensions:knowledge structuralization,organizational structuralization and instructional task structuralization.Knowledge structuralization emphasizes the"alignment-transformation"between theoretical and practical knowledge;organizational structuralization manifests through collaborative staffing between schools and enterprises;and instructional task structuralization focuses on modular teaching and resources optimization.However,current team development faces three key dilemmas:insufficient willingness for knowledge sharing,inadequate cross-border integration of school-enterprise organizations,and low levels of instructional structuralization.These challenges stem from substitution anxiety hindering knowledge sharing,institutional fragmentation constraining collaborative staffing,and incomplete knowledge structures among full-time and part-time teachers affecting instructional effectiveness.To address these issues,it is essential to reinforce professional development"commitment"to enhance individual sharing willingness,improve school-enterprise collaboration mechanisms to optimize team organizational structures,and promote integration of critical knowledge to elevate the team's overall core competencies.关键词
