苗族医学干预癌性疼痛药物规律文献研究
Literature Study on the Medication Patterns of Miao Medicine Intervention for Cancer Pain
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the medication patterns of Miao medicine in the intervention of cancer pain based on drugs from the Miao Medicine Antitumor Drug Collection.Methods Drugs from the Miao Medicine Antitumor Drug Collection were selected,and keywords were used to systematically search the China National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP Chinese Journal Database,Wanfang Database,China Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,and Cochrane Library.Drugs with definite analgesic efficacy were included,and a database was established for analysis.Results Among the 133 species of Miao antitumor drugs screened,83 drugs were ultimately included.Regarding the distribution of plant families,Asteraceae showed the highest frequency,accounting for 9.64%.Among the source attributes,earth-sourced drugs were predominant,accounting for 77.11%.Most drugs acted on the middle pass(Zhongguan)and inner pass(Liguan),accounting for 85.63%.All nine body frameworks(Jiujia)were involved,with the top three being body framework(Shenjia),abdominal framework(Dujia),and lung framework(Feijia).Regarding drug property,cold-natured drugs were most abundant,accounting for 74.70%.In drug flavor,bitter,acrid,and sweet flavors were predominant,accounting for 72.26%.The meridian tropisms were mainly concentrated in hot meridian and cold meridian,accounting for 89.25%.The main efficacy of drugs was toxin-resolving and body-supplementing,accounting for 69.88%.In toxicity profile,non-toxic drugs were most abundant,reaching 63 drugs.Conclusion Miao medicine intervention for cancer pain primarily employs cold-natured and earth-sourced drugs that predominantly attribute to hot meridians,target the middle and interior passes,and principally enter body framework,abdominal framework,and lung framework.Although toxin-resolving drugs form the main therapeutic strategy,the majority of medicines used are actually non-toxic.关键词
