调神畅气联动针法改善脑卒中后下肢运动障碍的临床研究
Clinical Study of Mind-Regulating and Qi-Freeing Coordinated Acupuncture in Treatment of Post-Stroke Lower Extremity Motor Dysfunction

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of mind-regulating and Qi-freeing coordinated acupuncture in improving lower extremity motor dysfunction after stroke.Methods:58 patients with post-stroke lower extremity motor dysfunction were randomly divided into the observation group(n=29)and the control group(n=29).All patients received conventional treatment and rehabilitation training for two weeks;on which basis,the control group was treated with routine acupuncture therapy,whereas the observation group received mind-regulating and Qi-freeing coordinated acupuncture.The Fugl-Meyer Assessment for Lower Extremity(FMA-L),Brunnstrom stages of the lower extremity,Holden Functional Ambulation Classification(FAC),10-meter walk test(10MWT),Berg Balance Scale(BBS),and Modified Barthel Index(MBI)were compared before and after the treatment in the two groups.Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were also compared between the two groups.Results:One patient in the control group dropped out,and 29 patients in the observation group and 28 in the control group successfully completed the full study.Both groups showed improvements in FMA-L scores,FAC classification,10MWT,and BBS scores compared to baseline,with the observation group demonstrating more significant improvements(P＜0.05).Although both groups showed significant improvements in lower limb Brunnstrom stages and MBI scores after the treatment compared with baseline,there were no statistically significant differences between the groups(P＞0.05).The total effective rate was 96.55％(28/29)in the observation group,which was higher than 71.43％(20/28)in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Mind-regulating and Qi-freeing coordinated acupuncture helps improve lower limb motor function and balance control in stroke patients,thereby enhancing their overall quality of life.关键词
