筋针联合镜像疗法对脑卒中后偏瘫患者上肢及手功能的影响
Effect of Sinew Needling Combined with Mirror Therapy on Upper Limb and Hand Function in Patients with Post-Stroke Hemiplegia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of sinew needling combined with mirror therapy on upper limb and hand function in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 70 post-stroke hemiplegic patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 35 patients in each group.Both groups received routine rehabilitation nursing.The control group was treated with mirror therapy;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with sinew needling.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Before and after the treatment,assessments were conducted using the Fugl-Meyer Assessment for the upper extremity(FMA-UE),the Carroll Upper Extremity Function Test(UEFT),and measurements of the maximum grip and pinch strength of the affected hand,as well as rehabilitation compliance.Results:After treatment,the rehabilitation compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with a statistical difference(P＜0.05).Both groups showed significant improvements in FMA-UE upper limb motor function scores,UEFT scores and maximum grip and pinch strength after the treatment compared with those before the treatment,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.01);of which intergroup comparisons also showed statistically significant differences(P＜0.01).The total clinical effective rate was 91.4％(32/35)in the observation group,which was higher than 82.9％(29/35)in the control group(P＜0.01).Conclusion:The combination of sinew needling and mirror therapy can significantly improve upper limb and hand motor function recovery in post-stroke hemiplegic patients,enhance treatment compliance,and promote the recovery of muscle strength andfunctional rehabilitation in the affected limbs.关键词
