从血证分期论治胃癌免疫治疗相关性皮疹病例报告
Treatment of Immunotherapy-Related Rash in Gastric Cancer Based on the Staging of Blood Syndrome Theory:A Case Report
摘要
Abstract
During cancer immunotherapy,cutaneous adverse reactions are common complications,primarily manifested as rash,pruritus,vitiligo,etc.Among these,rash may present as erythema,scaling,exudation,ulceration,and pruritus.Professor Meng Jincheng proposes that the core pathogenesis of immunotherapy-related rash in gastric cancer patients involves"deficiency of healthy qi with heat-toxin scorching the blood".He advocates for the flexible application of the principles of"stopping bleeding,eliminating blood stagnation,stabilizing blood,and tonifying blood"outlined in Blood Syndrome Theory for staged treatment.In the acute phase,treatment focuses on hemostasis,dispelling stasis,nourishing blood,and moistening dryness,aiming to promptly alleviate bleeding from skin lesions.During the remission phase,as bleeding diminishes,the therapeutic approach shifts to tonifying qi,stabilizing blood,strengthening spleen,and promoting transportation.In the recovery phase,the emphasis is on replenishing and regulating blood,as well as reinforcing healthy qi and consolidating the foundation,thereby establishing a solid basis for subsequent treatment.This paper elucidates Professor Meng Jincheng's specific application in treating this condition.The core strategy is guided by the blood syndrome theory,employing stage-based differentiation and treatment,while prioritizing the reinforcement of healthy qi to consolidate the root and nurture the primordial.A representative case is presented to demonstrate the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine approach in treating immunotherapy-related rash in gastric cancer.关键词
