手法松解结合早期肩部肌群针对性训练治疗肩袖损伤的疗效观察
Curative Effect of Manipulation under Anesthesia Combined with Early Targeted Training of Shoulder Muscles in Rotator Cuff Injury

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of manipulation under anesthesia(MUA)combined with early targeted shoulder muscles training in rotator cuff injury.Methods:A total of 92 patients with rotator cuff injuries were enrolled as the research objects between May 2022 and February 2024.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(MUA combined with routine rehabilitation training)and observation group(MUA combined with ear-ly targeted shoulder muscle training),with 46 cases in each group.The scores of American shoulder elbow surgeons(ASES)form,lateral scapular slide test(LSST)in different positions,shoulder range of motion,and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were compared between the two groups.Results:At 2 and 6 weeks after surgery,ASES scores in the obser-vation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 weeks after surgery,LSST under the released position and abduction position in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.After 6 weeks of treat-ment,shoulder range of motion(flexion,extension,internal rotation,external rotation)in the observation group was grea-ter than that in the control group.At 2 and 6 weeks after surgery,VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MUA combined with early targeted training of shoulder muscles can effectively correct abnormal scapulohumeral rhythm,increase shoulder range of motion,recover shoulder function,and re-lieve pain in patients with rotator cuff injury.关键词
