循经透刺联合散寒解毒汤对急性周围性面瘫风寒袭络证患者临床疗效的影响
Effect of Penetration Needling along Meridians Combined with Sanhan Jiedu Decoction on Clinical Efficacy in Treating Acute Peripheral Facial Paralysis of Wind-Cold Invading Collaterals Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of penetration needling along meridians combined with Sanhan Jiedu Decoction in treating acute peripheral facial paralysis of wind-cold invading the laterals syndrome.Methods:A total of 156 patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis of wind-cold invading collaterals syndrome were randomly divided into the combined group(n=78)and the control group(n=78).The control group was treated with conventional Western medication(Mecobalamin Capsule and Prednisone Acetate Tablet);on which basis,the combined group was also treated with penetration needling along meridians and Sanhan Jiedu Decoction.Both groups were treated continuously for 14 days.The two groups were compared after the treatment in terms of clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores,facial electromyography parameters(CMAP amplitude and BR latency),FDI scores(FDIP,FDIS),facial nerve function scores,facial artery hemodynamic parameters(Vd,Vs,RI),and neurotrophic factors(NGF,GDNF).Results:The total effective rate was 93.59％(73/78)in the combined group,which was significantly higher than 79.49％(62/78)in the control group(P＜0.05).TCM symptom scores,BR latency,facial nerve function scores,and RI values were significantly lower in the combined group than those in the control group(P＜0.05);meanwhile,CMAP amplitude,FDIP score,FDIS score,as well as levels of Vd,Vs,NGF,and GDNF were significantly higher in the combined group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of penetration needling along meridians and Sanhan Jiedu Decoction demonstrates significant therapeutic efficacy in patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis of wind-cold invading collaterals syndrome.This combined therapy can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,restore facial nerve function,improve facial artery hemodynamics,and promote the release of neurotrophic factors.关键词
