Identification of Descurainia sophia Seeds and Lepidium apetalum Seeds Based on Sinapine Thiocyanate

Abstract
Objective:To improve and enhance the relevant detection contents in the existing quality standards for Descurainia so-phia seeds and Lepidium apetalum seeds by using sinapine thiocyanate as a qualitative and quantitative indicator component,so as to provide a scientific basis for the subsequent revision of the quality standards for Descurainia sophia seeds and Lepidium apetalum seeds.Methods:Thin-layer chromatography(TLC)method and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method were used to explore the optimal detection conditions of sinopyrine thiocyanate in Descurainia sophia seeds and Lepidium apetalum seeds,respectively,and methodological investigations were conducted.Result:The spots obtained by the TLC method were clear and highly specific.Under the selected conditions,the HPLC method had a good resolution of sinapine thiocyanate,with a linear range of 8.94 to 223.5 μg/mL.The average recovery rate of Descurainia sophia seeds was 99.73%,and the RSD was 1.33%.The average recovery rate of Lepidium apeta-lum seeds was 97.86%,and the RSD was 2.13%.The content of sinapine thiocyanate in 10 batches of Descurainia sophia seeds was 5.044 to 6.50 mg/g,and that in 10 batches of Lepidium apetalum seeds was 2.52 to 3.84 mg/g.Conclusion:The method established in this study has good specificity and accuracy.Sinapine thiocyanate can be used as a biomarker for quality control of Descurainia sophia seeds and Lepidium apetalum seeds.关键词
