热敏灸联合针刺治疗肝郁脾虚型神经性厌食症的临床研究
Clinical Study on Heat-Sensitive Moxibustion Combined with Acupuncture in Treatment of AN of Liver-Qi Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Type

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture in treating anorexia nervosa(AN)of Liver-Qi stagnation and Spleen deficiency type.Methods:A total of 60 patients diagnosed with AN of Liver-Qi stagnation and Spleen deficiency type were randomly assigned into the observation group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional needling;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion.Both groups received treatment once daily,three times per week,for 4 consecutive weeks.Clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores,serum gastrin level,salivary amylase levels,and physical indicators were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 93.33％(28/30)in the observation group,which was higher than 83.33％(25/30)in the control group(P＜0.05).The observation group also showed significantly better outcomes than the control group in terms of TCM symptom scores,serum gastrin level and salivary amylase level(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with AN of Liver-Qi stagnation and Spleen deficiency type,showing better therapeutic efficacy than conventional acupuncture alone.关键词
