基于谱效相关法的栀子炒焦增强止血作用物质基础研究
Study on the Pharmacodynamic Substances on Enhancing Hemostatic Activity of Stir-fried Gardeniae Fructus Based on Spectrum-Effect Correlation

Abstract
Objective:To explore the pharmacodynamic substances on enhancing hemostatic activity of stir-fried Gardeniae Fructus based on spectrum-effect correlation.Methods:The HPLC fingerprints of Gardeniae Fructus and stir-fried Gardeniae Fructus were estab-lished,and similarity evaluation was conducted.A rat model of combined blood heat bleeding induced by dry yeast and ethyl alcohol was established to evaluate the hemostatic effects of Gardeniae Fructus and stir-fried Gardeniae Fructus.Taking the common peak area of the fingerprints of Gardeniae Fructus and stir-fried Gardeniae Fructus as the independent variable and the pharmacodynamic index of hemo-static effect as dependent variable,the partial least square method(PLS)was used for correlation analysis to study the spectrun-effect correlation.Results:The similarity between 10 batches of Gardeniae Fructus and control map was 0.992 to 1.000,and the similarity be-tween 10 batches of stir-fried Gardeniae Fructus and control map was 0.996 to 0.999.The hemostatic activity of Gardeniae Fructus was significantly enhanced after being stir-fried.The results of PLS analysis indicated that peaks 1(shanzhiside),2,3(methyl deacetylated cheloxalate),9(geniposide),10,14,15,24,25,26(crocin),27 were positively correlated with the hemostatic effect,and VIP>1.Con-clusion:This study,by means of the spectral correlation method,initially discoveres that eleven components such as shanzhiside,methyl deacetyl asperulosidate,and crocetin are the material basis for the hemostatic effect of stir-fried Gardeniae Fructus.关键词
