对标新质生产力需求的智慧农业人才链培养与实践路径研究

Abstract
Heilongjiang Province is a major agricultural province in my country and a"ballast stone"for food security.Developing talent training in agricultural universities is a key path to promote the deep integration of new quality productive forces and modern smart agriculture.Combined with the actual demand of new quality productive forces for modern smart agricultural technical talents with a compound,industry-integrated,innovation-driven,and green and sustainable development model.By investigating the proportion of training and supply of various agriculture-related talents,the satisfaction of employers,the matching of industry needs,and the analysis of graduate employment data,the research and practice of the results of innovative talent training models in agricultural universities are proposed.关键词
