Chemical Constituents of Carpesium lipskyi
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of Carpesium lipskyi.Methods:The chemical constituents from Carpesium lipskyi were isolated and purified by various column chromatographic techniques.The structures were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral data.Results:Twenty compounds were isolated from Carpesium lipskyi and identified as xanthoxylin(1),3,6-dihydroxy-2,4-dimethoxyacetophenone(2),2,6-dihydroxy-4-methoxyacetophenone(3),scopoletin(4),scoparone(5),caffeic acid(6),3,6-dihydroxy-2-methoxyacetophenone(7),3-indolecarbaldehyde(8),ethyl caffeate(9),dibutyl phthalate(10),2,4-di-hydroxy-6-methoxyacetophenone(11),2-propenoic acid(12),dihydrosinapyl alcohol(13),loliolide(14),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(15),homovanillyl alcohol(16),1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-methoxyethanone(17),4-hydroxy-acetophenone(18),(-)-gynuraone(19),isosco-poletin(20),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 2,3,5 to 14,16,17,19,20 are isolated from Carpesium genus for the first time,other compounds are isolated from Carpesium lipskyi for the first time.关键词
