Abstract
The integration of industry and education is a core strategy for promoting high-quality vocational education development, and its importance is particularly pronounced for agricultural vocational colleges serving the"agriculture, rural areas, and farmers"sectors and supporting regional economic development.Western Hunan is rich in ecological resources and boasts distinctive agricultural characteristics, but its economic development lags behind, urgently requiring high-quality technical and skilled talent to support its eco-agriculture and rural revitalization strategies. This paper aims to analyze the main challenges faced by vocational colleges in Western Hunan in advancing the integration of industry and education, including low compatibility between majors and industries, the prominent"fireplace phenomenon"in school-enterprise collaboration, disconnection between teaching and production processes, insufficient practical capabilities among faculty, and an inadequate evaluation system.Based on this, the study systematically proposes implementation pathways for deepening industry-education integration from six perspectives:establishing a"government-industry-enterprise-school"quadrilateral collaboration mechanism, innovating a five-dimensional talent cultivation model integrating"positions, courses, competitions, certifications, and innovation",jointly building and sharing productive training bases,creating"dual-qualified"teaching innovation teams, establishing a dynamic and diversified evaluation system, and expanding social service functions. The goal is to provide theoretical references and practical insights for improving talent cultivation quality in this field and better serving the economic and social development of Western Hunan.关键词
