Abstract
Objective:To exploring the effect of electroacupuncture at Jiaji acupoint combined with fascial knife in treating lumbar muscle strain in pilots.Method:80 patients with lumbar muscle strain in pilots who were treated between September 2021 and August 2024 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.Both groups of patients received general treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with electroacupuncture at Jiaji acupoint,while the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture at Jiaji acupoint combined with fascial knife.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.The pain conditions before and after treatment[evaluated by the Numerical Rating Scale for Pain(NRS)],the surface electromyography signals of the erector spinae muscles,lumbar function,and quality of life were examined.The patients were followed up for 6 months after treatment,and the recurrence was statistically analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the overall pain level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).The average electromyographic amplitude(AEMG),average power frequency(MPF)levels,and SF-36 scores in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group had higher AEMG,MPF levels,and SF-36 scores in all dimensions than the control group,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).The Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the ODI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).During the follow-up period,there was no statistical significant difference in the recurrence rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of electroacupuncture at Jiaji acupoint and fascial knife can enhance the analgesic effect and significantly improve the vertical spine muscle strength,lumbar spine function,and quality of life of pilots with lumbar muscle strain.关键词
