Research on Erigerontis Herba Industry Based on Patent Analysis and Technological Competitiveness

Abstract
Erigerontis Herba as a unique and authentic Chinese herbal medicine in Yunnan,has rich resources and unique effica-cy.In recent years,with the gradual development of clinical value,a complete industrial chain of traditional Chinese medicine has been formed,with the manufacture of Erigerontis Herba traditional Chinese patent medicines as the main body and the coordinated develop-ment of upstream and downstream industries.The study summarized the overview of the Erigerontis Herba industry and conducts an in-depth analysis of the patent and scientific literature data of Erigerontis Herba industry.Based on the analysis of the technological com-petitiveness of major varieties of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper examined the current industrial situation of Erigerontis Herba Chinese patent medicine products,technologies,and asset distribution from the perspectives of intellectual property rights,existing re-search hotspots and key factors for industrial development,and then puts forward targeted strategies and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of Erigerontis Herba industry in China.关键词
