摘要

Abstract

Objective:To select highly effective fungicides for controlling sclerotium disease of Fritillaria ussuriensis.Methods:The inhibitory effects of 12 chemical fungicides,1 plant-derived fungicide,1 antibiotic fungicide,6 bacterial fungicides and 2 fungal fungi-cides on the pathogen Sclerotium denigrans of sclerotium disease of Fritillaria ussuriensis were determined by mycelial growth rate meth-od.Results:450 g/L prochloraz EW,500 g/L fluazinam SC,25%pyraclostrobin SC,42.4%pyraclostrobin and fluxapyroxad SC,43%fluopyram and trifloxystrobin SC,430 g/L tebuconazole SC,20%procymidone SC,0.3%tetramycin AS,40%dimetachlone WP exhibi-ted good inhibitory effects on the pathogen of sclerotium disease of Fritillaria ussuriensis,the half maximal effective concentration(EC50)were 0.0056,0.0061,0.0069,0.0107,0.0111,0.0249,0.2520,0.3896,0.5406 μg/mL,respectively.The bacteriostasis rate of Bacil-lus amyloliquefaciens and Trichoderma harzianum on the pathogen of sclerotium disease of Fritillaria ussuriensis were 67.60%and 65.13%,respectively.Conclusion:The chemical fungicides 450 g/L prochloraz EW,500 g/L fluazinam SC,25%pyraclostrobin SC,an-tibiotic fungicide 0.3%tetracycline AS,biocontrol bacteria Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and biocontrol fungi Trichoderma harzianum have good inhibitory effects on the pathogen of sclerotium disease of Fritillaria ussuriensis,which can provide the oretical basis for the control of sclerotium disease of Fritillaria ussuriensis.
