摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of a multi-perspective framework nursing model on dysphagia and gastrointestinal reactions in patients undergoing radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods A total of 86 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma hospitalized at Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology between June 2021 and June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method. The control group(43 patients)received routine nursing, while the observation group(43 patients)received multi-perspective framework nursing on the basis of the nursing giving to the control group. The swallowing function, gastrointestinal reactions, and nutritional status were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of intervention, the swallowing grade assessed by the Kubota Water Swallowing Test was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 and 3 months of intervention, the scores of the Nutrition Risk Screening 2002,the Patient Generated Subjective Global Assessment, and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the scores in both groups were significantly lower compared with those before intervention(P<0.05).Throughout radiotherapy, the overall incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the multi-perspective framework nursing model can effectively improve swallowing function and nutritional status, alleviate gastrointestinal reactions, and enhance sleep quality in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients complicated with dysphagia undergoing radiotherapy.关键词
