摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of thumbtack needles combined with individualized nursing in patients after free flap repair. Methods A total of 136 patients who underwent free flap repair at Wuhan No.1 Hospital between December 2023 and March 2025 were enrolled and grouped by using a random number table. The control group and observation group each comprised 68 subjects, receiving individualized nursing and thumbtack needles combined with individualized nursing, respectively. The intervention effects were compared between the two groups. Results After 7 days of intervention, both groups showed reductions in scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,Self-Rating Depression Scale,Vancouver Scar Scale,as well as levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,and white blood cell counts.Additionally, the various scores of the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life-Core 30 Questionnaire improved(P<0.05).Furthermore,the observation group demonstrated superior outcomes in all these indicators compared with the control group(P<0.05).The Visual Analogue Scale scores and the overall incidence of complications during the intervention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 24 h,72 h,and 7 days after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of thumbtack needles combined with individualized nursing can alleviate the anxiety, depression, and pain in patients undergoing free flap repair, reduce the risk of complications and levels of inflammatory factors, improve quality of life, and promote wound healing.关键词
