徒手呼吸训练联合电针穴位刺激与人文关怀护理在脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者中的应用
Application of freehand breathing training combined with electroacupuncture acupoint stimulation and humanistic care in patients with dysphagia after stroke

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of freehand breathing training combined with electroacupuncture acupoint stimulation and humanistic care in patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods A total of 120 patients with dysphagia after stroke were selected from the Emergency Intensive Care Unit of Suzhou Municipal Hospital between January 2023 and October 2024.The subjects were divided into two groups using a random number method,with each group comprising 60 cases.The control group received the nursing with humanistic care,and the observation group received freehand breathing training combined with electroacupuncture acupoint stimulation on the basis of the nursing given to the control group.The respiratory function and other indicators of the two groups were compared.Results After 1 and 2 weeks of intervention,the respiratory rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The maximum voluntary ventilation,forced expiratory volume in 1 second/forced vital capacity,and maximum amplitude were all greater than those of the control group.The swallowing duration was shorter than that of the control group.The score of Standardized Swallowing Assessment was lower than that of the control group,and the score of Swallowing-Quality of Life Questionnaire was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effects at different times between and within groups were significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the degree of Rosenbek Penetration-Aspiration Scale(PAS)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of freehand breathing training combined with electroacupuncture acupoint stimulation and humanistic care can improve the respiratory function and swallowing function of patients with dysphagia after stroke,reduce the degree of aspiration,and improve the quality of life related to swallowing.关键词
