摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of targeted nursing guided by the broken window effect in patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods A total of 120 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted to Zhongda Hospital Southeast University from January 2022 to January 2025 were divided into a control group(receiving routine nursing)and an observation group(receiving targeted nursing guided by the broken window effect)by using a random number table, each with 60 cases. The changes in nutritional status and sputum viscosity were compared between the two groups. Results After 4 weeks of intervention, the blood serum albumin, total protein, and hemoglobin levels,as well as the Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)and Activities of Daily Living Scale(ADL)scores, improved in both groups compared with those before intervention(P<0.05).Moreover,the observation group showed better outcomes than the control group in all these measurements(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention, the sputum viscosity in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the intervention, the overall incidence of complications such as pulmonary infection and pressure injury in the observation group was 10.00%,which was lower than the 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing guided by the broken window effect can improve nutritional status, promote self-care ability recovery, reduce sputum viscosity, and lower the risk of complications in patients with craniocerebral injury.关键词
