手术室护士压力性损伤护理临床决策的现状及潜在剖面分析
Analysis of the current situation and latent profile of clinical decision-making regarding pressure injury nursing in operating room nurses

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of clinical decision-making in pressure injury nursing by operating room nurses,and to analyze its latent profile characteristics and influencing factors.Methods A stratified sampling method was used to select 509 operating room nurses for investigation.The Clinical Decision-Making in Nursing Scale,Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version,Pressure Ulcer Management Self-Efficacy Scale,and Transformational Leadership Questionnaire were applied for assessment.Latent profile analysis was used to establish the classification of decision-making levels,and multiple logistic regression analysis was employed to identify predictive variables.Results Three latent profiles were identified:the poor clinical decision-making group(39.88%),the moderate clinical decision-making group(26.52%),and the good clinical decision-making group(33.60%).The critical thinking ability,self-efficacy,transformational leadership,and education level were all influencing factors for the latent profiles of clinical decision-making in pressure injury nursing by operating room nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion There is significant heterogeneity in the decision-making capacity regarding pressure injury nursing among operating room nurses.Nursing managers should focus on classifying nurses with different education levels and implement targeted management measures such as improving critical thinking skills,self-efficacy,and transformational leadership to enhance the clinical decision-making in pressure injury nursing by operating room nurses.关键词
