Expert Consensus on Evaluation Criteria for Chinese Medicine Efficacy in Primary Liver Cancer(2026 Edition)
摘要
Abstract
Traditional efficacy evaluation criteria for solid tumor primarily focus on the anatomical changes in tumor size.In current clinical practice,multiple clinical efficacy evaluation indicators co-exist.A single clinical evaluation standard clearly no longer meets the reality of diversified clinical efficacy indicators.It also fails to reflect the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment for primary liver cancer and cannot comprehensively evaluate clinical efficacy.To better guide the evaluation of TCM clinical efficacy for liver cancer,Journal of Oncology in Chinese Medicine Publishing House,in collaboration with Society of Oncology of Chinese Association of Chinese Medicine,Oncology Professional Committee of Guangdong Provincial Association of Chinese Medicine,and Guangdong Association for the Promotion of Chinese Medicine Research,organized national experts from relevant fields to systematically review the latest domestic and international guidelines and evidence-based medicine evidence.Through thorough discussion,the Expert Consensus on Evaluation Criteria for Chinese Medicine Efficacy in Primary Liver Cancer was formulated.This consensus aims to promote the standardization of comprehensive efficacy evaluation for liver cancer and establish an efficacy evaluation system that embodies the characteristics of TCM treatment for this disease.关键词
