基于衰弱指数与营养指标构建肝硬化患者再入院风险的列线图模型
Construction of a nomogram model for readmission risk in patients with liver cirrhosis based on frailty index and nutritional indicators

Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of developing a nomogram model of readmission risk in patients with liver cirrhosis by integrating the frailty index(FI)and nutritional indicators.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 100 patients with liver cirrhosis admitted to Affiliated Nantong Hospital 3 of Nantong University from January 2023 to December 2024.Based on readmission status,the patients were categorized into a readmission group(n=40)and a non-readmission group(n=60).Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were performed,and a nomogram was constructed based on the independent variables.The model was then validated using the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve,the Hosmer-Lemeshow test,and the Bootstrap method.Results Compared with the non-readmission group,the readmission group showed statistically significant differences in the presence of ascites,platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR),Model for End-Stage Liver Disease(MELD)score,nutritional risk,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)level,and FI(P<0.05).The binary logistic regression analysis indicated that PLR,MELD score,nutritional risk,LDL-C,and FI were all independent influencing factors for readmission in patients with liver cirrhosis(P<0.05).The areas under the ROC curve for the training set and the validation set were as high as 0.975 and 0.875,respectively,demonstrating good model fit.Conclusion The implementation of the nomogram integrating FI and nutritional indicators can effectively predict the readmission risk in patients with liver cirrhosis,demonstrating high clinical utility.关键词
