中药热罨包联合揿针治疗大肠癌腹腔镜术后胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效观察
Clinical Observation on the Efficacy of Chinese Medicine Hot Package Combined with Press Needle Therapy on Gastrointestinal Dysfunction after Laparoscopic Surgery for Colorectal Cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine hot package combined with press needle therapy on postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction(POGD)in patients after laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer.Methods Eighty patients with POGD after laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer at Meizhou People's Hospital between January 2023 and September 2024 were randomly allocated to a control group(n=40,receiving conventional Western medicine treatment)and an observation group(n=40,receiving Western medicine combined with Chinese medicine hot package and press needle therapy).The total effective rate of treatment and postoperative rehabilitation-related indicators were statistically analyzed between the two groups.The scores of common traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms,abdominal circumference changes,bowel sound scores,gastrointestinal dysfunction scores,and pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were also recorded.Results The effective rate of TCM syndrome in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 72.50%in the control group(χ²=7.440,P=0.006).After treatment,the observation group showed greater improvement than the control group in scores of abdominal distension,abdominal pain,belching and acid reflux,nausea and vomiting,exhaust and defecation,as well as the total symptom score(P＜0.05).The time to first flatus,first defecation,first bowel sound appearance,time to relief of abdominal pain and distension,and initial liquid diet intake in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The abdominal circumference of the observation group after treatment was smaller than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the improvements in bowel sound scores,gastrointestinal dysfunction scores,and PSQI scores of the observation group were superior to those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was comparable between the two groups(5.00%in the observation group vs 2.50%in the control group).Conclusion The combination of Chinese medicine hot package and press needle therapy demonstrates good efficacy in treating POGD after laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer.It can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve clinical symptoms and sleep quality,with a good safety profile.关键词
