摘要
Abstract
Clinical trials related to pediatric stroke are limited,and evidence-based support for acute-phase treatment regimens remains insufficient.This paper reports the clinical diagnosis and treatment process of a 14-year-old male patient with acute ischemic stroke.After receiving intravenous thrombolysis,the patient's neurological deficit symptoms were improved.Subsequent etiological examinations indicated patent foramen ovale,and elective patent foramen ovale closure was then performed.The patient was prescribed long-term antiplatelet therapy postoperatively.During a one-year follow-up,no stroke recurrence was observed.关键词
