The Impact of Tolerance Assessment Guided Cardiac Rehabilitation Intervention on Cardiac Function and Self-Efficacy in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of tolerance assessment guided cardiac rehabilitation intervention on cardiac function and self-efficacy in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Method:A total of 120 CHF patients admitted to the Central People's Hospital of Zhanjiang from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected.According to the admission time,they were divided into the control group(n=60)and the observation group(n=60).The control group received routine rehabilitation intervention,while the observation group received cardiac rehabilitation intervention guided by tolerance assessment based on routine rehabilitation intervention.The heart function indicators,self-efficacy levels,psychological status,and readmission rates were compared between two groups.Result:The observation group had higher left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and cardiac output per minute(CO)than the control group after 3 months of intervention,and lower left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher scores on the Self Management Efficacy Scale(SEMCD)and lower scores on the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)compared to the control group after 3 months intervention in chronic disease patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The readmission rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of tolerance assessment oriented cardiac rehabilitation intervention in CHF patients can improve cardiac function,enhance self-efficacy levels,improve psychological conditions,and reduce readmission rates.关键词
