摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Rhododendron nivale leaves.Methods:Various chromatographic meth-ods such as silica gel column chromatography,semi preparative high-performance liquid chromatography,Sephadex LH-20,and TLC were used to isolate,prepare and purify the chemical constituents of Rhododendron nivale leaves.The isolated compounds were charac-terized by IR,UV,HRMS,and NMR data.Results:Nine compounds were isolated from Rhododendron nivale leaves and identified as(5E,10E)-12-(2′,6′-dihydroxy-4′-methylphenyl)-2,6,10-trimethyldodeca-2,5,10-trien-4-one(1),grifolinone A(2),3,5-dihydroxy-toluene(3),2″-α-rhamnopyranosyl-7-O-methylvitexin(4),diplomorphanin B(5),(-)-cadin-4,10(15)-dien-11-oic acid(6),dibutyl phthalate(7),4β,6β-dihydroxy-1α,5β(H)-guai-10(14)-ene(8),4β,6β-dihydroxy-1α,5β(H)-guai-9-ene(9),respectively.Conclu-sion:Among them,compound 1 is a new compound,compounds 4,6,8,and 9 are isolated from Rhododendron genus for the first time.
