Abstract

Smart speakers,as audio-play devices that integrate voice recognition and interaction,are widely welcomed by customers.When designing speakers,there is often a focus on structural design,with insufficient attention to vibration characteristics,which can lead to rub and buzz during operation and severely affect sound quality.The performance of sound quality is closely related to the speaker's own vibration characteristics.To improve the sound quality and address potential is-sues such as rub and buzz,this study focuses on a specific smart speaker,The software of SolidWorks and HyperMesh was used for geometric clean-up,model simplification,and mesh generation.The multi-physics software COMSOL was used to study the speaker's modal and harmonic response.The DASP system was employed to conduct modal experimental research on the speaker,and the results were compared with COMSOL's modal simulation results for model correction.This research provides a way for simulating and experimentally testing the vibration characteristics of speakers,and offers a significant ref-erence for the dynamic design and optimization of speakers.
