摘要
Abstract
Objective:This study examines the clinical efficacy of combining hierarchical specialty nursing with stimulation therapy for severe traumatic shock.Method:Between January 2022 and January 2025,120 eligible patients with severe traumatic shock from Jinan Laiwu People's Hospital were randomly allocated, via a random number table, into a control group and an observation group(60 patients in each group). The control group received routine emergency care, the observation group was supplemented with specialized hierarchical nursing combined with stimulation nursing. The rescue time, rescue effect, incidence of complications, and neurological function score[National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)]were compared between the two groups.Result:The observation group had significantly shorter times for reception, emergency examination, preoperative rescue, and overall rescue, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of rescue in the observation group was significantly higher, while the mortality and disability rates were significantly lower, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 days of intervention, the NIHSS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of specialized hierarchical nursing and stimulating nursing has good clinical efficacy.关键词
