Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of real-time adaptive feedback education combined with MDT-FCC nursing in perioperative nutritional support for patients with esophageal cancer.Method:A total of 80 patients with esophageal cancer who underwent surgical treatment in Fujian Cancer Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as study samples.The subjects were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by the random number table method.The control group followed the conventional perioperative nutritional support mode of esophageal cancer care,and the experimental group received immediate adaptive feedback education combined with MDT-FCC care.The observation indexes of the two groups after intervention were compared.Result:The score of nutrition knowledge mastery and the compliance rate of nutrition management in experimental group were higher than those in control group,the nutritional index was better than that in control group,the postoperative complication rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of real-time adaptive feedback education combined with MDT-FCC nursing in the field of perioperative nutrition support for patients with esophageal cancer can improve the knowledge and compliance of patients with nutrition management,improve the nutritional indicators of patients,and reduce the probability of postoperative complications.关键词
