Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of framework-based high-quality psychological care model combined with problem-oriented education on patients with hepatocellular carcinoma undergoing transarterial chemoembolization(TACE).Method:Eighty liver cancer patients undergoing TACE at the 909 Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the People's Liberation Army from January 2023 to November 2024 were randomly assigned to a control group(n=40,conventional care)and an observation group(n=40,enhanced with the framework-based high-quality psychological care model combined with problem-oriented education)according to the random number table method.Psychological status,self-efficacy,coping strategies,and quality of life were compared between two groups.Result:Post-intervention,both groups showed reduced scores on the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale-17(HAMD-17)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),and negative coping scores decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Positive coping scores,Chinese version Cancer Self-Management Self-Efficacy Scale(C-SUPPH)scores,and Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)scores increased in both groups,with the observation group scoring higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The framework-based high-quality psychological care model combined with problem-oriented education can alleviate negative emotions in liver cancer patients after TACE,improve their coping strategies and self-efficacy,and enhance their quality of life.关键词
