数字化转型对制造型企业劳动投资效率的影响
The impact of digital transformation on labor investment efficiency in manufacturing firms

Abstract
As a core pillar of the real economy,the manufacturing sector forms an important foundation for a nation's economic de-velopment.Digital transformation represents a key driver of modern economic growth.Digital transformation in manufacturing can opti-mize labor resource allocation and achieve sustainable enterprise development.This paper employed data from China's A-share listed manufacturing companies covering the period 2010-2022.Based on this data,this paper built an empirical model and conducted re-gression analyses.Our objective was to investigate the impact of digital transformation on labor investment efficiency in manufacturing firms.The research showed that:Digital transformation enhanced labor investment efficiency in manufacturing firms.Mechanism identi-fication revealed that the degree of information asymmetry,agency costs,and human capital structure played mediating roles in the process through which digital transformation influences labor investment efficiency.Heterogeneity tests found that digital transformation had a particularly significant effect on improving labor investment efficiency in non-state-owned,labor-intensive,and high-tech manufacturing firms.关键词
